As a subscriber you can manage games. This is a really important feature since it prevents you from losing games that for some reason doesn’t make it to the server or make it from the server to you.

To manage games just click the game client and choice ‘manage games’. Then you will have the following options:

Resend orders: use to resend your last order if they did not make it to the server.

Get last results: use to have last turn resent to you so you can redo last turn and send it. This is very nice to have if accidentally have deleted the game file.

Get whole game: use to have the whole game resent in one file. Use to rebuild games if your computer crashed or if you need to start playing on a new computer. Also used to get the game if you need to send the whole game to a tournament you participate in – like the (semi)finalists have to do in the RSC.

As a subscriber all your active games are listed at the bottom of every game turn or confirmation mail. Check the list once in a while to see if you or the server have missed out on any games. If a turn of a game is showed to me undone resend the orders or have last turn resent and redo them manually.

A final option for checking up on active games is to go the list of active games on the official site and check the status of your game. On this list you can also see if your opponent has sent in his moves. The list only shows league games.

As it is now games older then 10 days won’t show up on the list and the clock counting down on the list is set to count down these ten days.
