Rules These rules are made to ensure fair rulings and to
help minimize the workload for me. It is very important that you read the
rules and report the game reports to me in the correct way. If you lose (higher then expected) or get defaulted
due to not reading the rules it is just too bad and no one really cares. If I
have made a mistake in the rules please point it out before problems arise
due to it. The following rules on default wins are strict rules
unless both players can work it out among themselves - if I have to rule it
will be by these rules and I will enforce them if I have to. Try to contact
your opponent the best you can so the game can be played if possible. If your opponent fails to respond to a challenge
first you must do a FAO in the forum under your tournament section to
remind him before you can post your claim for a default win. But also do FAO
in the official forum to remind him before claiming your win – it’s a
gentleman’s game J
If you do not start your games or respond to
challenges being sent to you I will award your opponent a default win. If you
fail to start any games you will be kicked out of the tournament (a
replacement will be put in the division even if defaults have been given
cancelling default wins) and banned from any future tournaments. Any challenge not sent within 7 day after joining
the tournament constitutes a lost game for the challenger. Any challenge not
met by the challenged player with a deployment 7 days after the challenge is
sent constitutes a lost game for the challenged. The player who has a legitimate claim for a default
win must post in the forum under
claims for default wins. The 7 day period is calculated from the date of my
reply to your admission post in the forum or from the date you have posted
the game update in the forum and not
from the actual date of your action. Extensions might be given due to
unforeseen events (like me not updating the site or more likely server
breakdowns). If a game is not reported to the forum and it holds
up the tournament the other players can claim a void game (giving both
players a loss with +0 to the score). This claim can be made after the game
was supposed to be finished (60 days after the game report saying the
challenge has been sent or game started). If no game report has been made to
announce the game has started the 60 days are counted from the date of the
admission of the challenging player. A played not reporting the result (resulting in a
void call) is kicked out of the RSC and won’t be let in again (including the
ASC too). Objections to the declaration of a Champion must be
made within 5 days. |
